White Bean Bruschetta

  1. In food processor, process parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic until finely chopped and blended.
  2. Add beans and pulse until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon on top of bruschetta.
