Turkey Mannicotti
- 1 -2 lb of left over cooked turkey
- 1 (8 ounce) package soft cream cheese
- 1 (2 ounce) can green chilies
- 2 (8 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup or 2 (8 ounce) cans mushroom soup
- 4 cups monterey jack cheese or 4 cups monterey jack pepper cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) packageof large shell pasta or 1 large tubed pasta
- You can use a mix of white and dark meat
- Chop the turkey so it becomes a ground/crumble mix.
- I found using the food processor helps.
- Mix ground turkey with the softend cream cheese and add the can of chillies.
- For a POP you can add a lil bit of shredded cheese too.
- Stuff the mixture into shells/mannicotti.
- Pour soup mix over the top, and then the cheese.
- Cover with foil bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- take foil off last ten minutes
- Serve with texas toast and salad.
