Madeira Cake
- 1/2 cup Magarine (125g)
- 1 cup Castor Sugar(250ml)
- 2 Extra Large Eggs
- 1 Grated Rind of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence(5ml)
- 2 cup Cake Flour (500ml)
- 2 tsp Baking Powder (10ml)
- 1 cup Milk (250ml)
- ~Cream Margarine n Sugar until light n fluffy ~Beat in the eggs,Lemon Rind n Vanilla essence ~Sift flour n Baking powder together and mix into the creamed mixture alternately with the milk ~Pour into a greased 23cm (9inch) loaf tin and bake at 180AF (350 F) for Aa 1hour
