Ribs slow cooked in beer
- 1 can your favorite beer
- 2 tbsp or to taste mrs. dash garlic and herb
- 1 slab of ribs ( your choice of meat)
- 1 bbq sauce. (whatever you like. i make my own. simple memphis bbq sauce on profile)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Put ribs in 9x13 inch pan.
- Pour beer over ribs filling pan up until it reachs half way up exposed rib bone.
- Season ribs and cover.
- Cook for 2 hours.
- Take ribs out of oven.
- Carefully uncover and brush on bbq sauce.
- Put ribs back in oven uncovered and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
- Take out of oven and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
