Ribs slow cooked in beer

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Put ribs in 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Pour beer over ribs filling pan up until it reachs half way up exposed rib bone.
  4. Season ribs and cover.
  5. Cook for 2 hours.
  6. Take ribs out of oven.
  7. Carefully uncover and brush on bbq sauce.
  8. Put ribs back in oven uncovered and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
  9. Take out of oven and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
