Artichoke Pepperoni Pie Recipe

• 1 c. dicedEor grated mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 can or possibly jar sliced artichoke hearts diced
• 1/2 c. diced pepperoni
• 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
• 4 x Large eggs well beaten
• 1 x frzn 9 inch pie shell

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. MixEthe first five ingredients, pourEinto frzn pie shell, and bake 45 to 50 min - or possibly till toothpick in center comes out dry.
