Egg muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Crack eggs into large mixing bowl and beat.
  3. Add milk, mix until smooth.
  4. Add spices.
  5. I use about a 1/2 tsp of each spice.
  6. *Note: you can add whatever you would like i.e.
  7. hot sauce or different seasonings.
  8. These are super versatile* :)
  9. Grease a standard size muffin pan.
  10. I use pam.
  11. Divide diced ham (or meat of preference) evenly in each spot.
  12. Then a layer of shredded cheese.
  13. Take a 1/3 cup measuring scoop and put a full scoop of the egg mixture in each muffin slot.
  14. Should fill almost to the top or be at the top.
  15. Bake at 350 in the middle of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  16. Insert knife or toothpick should come out clean.
  17. Let cool and enjoy.
  18. Or pack in bags and refrigerate for grab and go breakfasts.
  19. To reheat just microwave 30-60 seconds :)
