Mango Salsa Fresh Indian
- 2 cups mangoes, diced
- 14 cup chinese black preserved beans, rinsed
- 14 cup green onion, thinly sliced on the bias
- 14 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
- 2 jalapeno peppers, red sliced in thin circles no seeds
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 12 cup oregano, fresh chopped
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 14 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cumin seed, toasted
- Mix it all together.
