String Beans With Wasabi and Tamari Dip
- 1 pound string beans
- 1 tablespoon wasabi paste (Japanese green horseradish)
- 1/2 cup tamari soy sauce
- Trim the string beans.
- Steam for 7 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the freezer.
- Moisten wasabi with a few drops of water to form a pale green ball, then mix with tamari.
- Put in a small bowl to serve as a dip for beans.
