String Beans With Wasabi and Tamari Dip

  1. Trim the string beans.
  2. Steam for 7 minutes.
  3. Cool for 10 minutes in the freezer.
  4. Moisten wasabi with a few drops of water to form a pale green ball, then mix with tamari.
  5. Put in a small bowl to serve as a dip for beans.
