Kahlua (mom's Gift Recipe)

• 3 cups brown sugar
• 4 cups water
• 13 cup instant coffee
• 2 -3 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
• 2 -3 tablespoons chocolate flavoring
• 750 ml 100 proof vodka

1. In a large sauce pan combine sugar, water, and coffee.
2. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally.
3. Cool.
4. Add Vanilla extract, chocolate extract, and vodka.
5. Store in a tightly sealed container.
6. Yield is approximate!
