Almond-Parmesan Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

  1. Place cracker crumbs, almonds, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in food processor container; pulse 20 seconds.
  2. Transfer to medium bowl.
  3. Coat chicken with egg whites, then with cracker mixture.
  4. Place on clean plate.
  5. Heat oil in deep skillet to 350F.
  6. Add chicken, in batches, to hot oil.
  7. Fry 30 to 45 seconds or until golden brown.
  8. Drain on paper towels.
  9. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
  10. Mix honey, mustard and mayo until well blended.
  11. Serve with chicken.
