Almond-Parmesan Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup crushed RITZ Crackers
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 4 cups (1 qt.) oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- Place cracker crumbs, almonds, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in food processor container; pulse 20 seconds.
- Transfer to medium bowl.
- Coat chicken with egg whites, then with cracker mixture.
- Place on clean plate.
- Heat oil in deep skillet to 350F.
- Add chicken, in batches, to hot oil.
- Fry 30 to 45 seconds or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
- Mix honey, mustard and mayo until well blended.
- Serve with chicken.
