Herbed Chicken Salad Recipe
- 1 sm. head Romaine, torn (4 c.)
- 2 c. chicken, cooked, cubed & chilled
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash pepper
- 2 c. herb seasoned croutons
- 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
- Combine Romaine, chicken and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix together oil, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
- Pour 1/2 dressing over croutons and toss.
- Add in croutons and rest of dressing to salad.
- Serves 8.
