PLANTERS Nuts & Chocolate Meringues

  1. Preheat oven to 250F.
  2. Place egg whites in small bowl.
  3. Gradually add sugar, beating with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  4. (Do not underbeat.)
  5. Blend in vanilla and cinnamon.
  6. Gently stir in trail mix.
  7. Drop tablespoonfuls of the egg white mixture onto parchment paper-covered baking sheets.
  8. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  9. or until cookies are dry on the outside.
  10. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  11. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
