Orange barbeque glazed chicken
- 1 dozen chicken wings
- 4 large oranges (i use naval)
- 1 1/4 cup hoisin or divine sauce
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425
- Clean your uncooked wings
- Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper
- In a cup or small bowl squeeze out your orange juice, add hoisin sauce, salt, and pepper and garlic and wisk together.
- Place wings in large bowl and pour your sauce over them and toss in sauce.
- Place in large cast iron skillet or large dish of your choosing.
- Let cook for 40 minutes and baste every 10-15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
