Maple Pecan Protein Shake

  1. Soak dates in one cup of water for about two hours.
  2. Put soaking water with the dates and pecans in food processor and process until smooth.
  3. That may take 2 to 5 minutes.
  4. As soon as the nutmilk is smooth, add maple syrup, whey protein and egg.
  5. Continue processing until everything is smooth and creamy.
  6. Enjoy!
