Maple Pecan Protein Shake
- 14 cup pecans
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 2 dates
- 1 egg
- Soak dates in one cup of water for about two hours.
- Put soaking water with the dates and pecans in food processor and process until smooth.
- That may take 2 to 5 minutes.
- As soon as the nutmilk is smooth, add maple syrup, whey protein and egg.
- Continue processing until everything is smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy!
