Chocolate Cake Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg.
  2. F. Grease and flour two cake pans.
  3. Sift together, flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
  4. Beat together the shorting and the melted chocolate; add half of the milk and continue to beat until blended.
  5. Add eggs, rest of milk and vanilla; beat for 2 minutes
  6. Pour batter into cake pans.
  7. Bake for 35 - 40 min.
