Southern Coke Salad

• 2 (8 ounce) packages cherry Jell-O
• 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
• 1 cup pecans, crushed
• 1 cup boiling water
• 2 (8 ounce) packages light cream cheese or 2 (8 ounce) packages fat free cream cheese
• 1 (12 ounce) can Coca-Cola

1. Mix Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
2. Add pineapple, do not drain.
3. Add cream cheese that has been mashed or whipped.
4. Add coke and nuts.
5. When practically set, stir and pour into mold.
6. This makes a large salad.
