Grilled Cheese & BBQ Veggie Pitas
- 8 pita breads
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 4 cups mixed red, yellow and green pepper strips
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Spread pitas with barbecue sauce; top with peppers, onions and cheese.
- Cover grill grate with sheet of heavy-duty foil; top with pitas.
- Cover with lid.
- Grill 10 to 13 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Top with cilantro.
