Pumpkin Cake

  1. Mix together all the cake ingredients for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into a bundt pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Cool.
  5. Glaze: Mix together the powdered sugar and vanilla.
  6. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, to get a runny consistency.
  7. Drizzle over the warm cake.
