Cookie Jello

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water and peppermint.
  3. Chill for 1 1/2 hours until slightly thickened.
  4. Measure 1 3/4 cup gelatin and pour into a 9x5 loaf pan.
  5. Chill about 5 minute.
  6. Blend cool whip into remaining gelatin.
  7. Carefully spoon 1/3 of the creamy mixture into the pan.
  8. Sprinkle w/ 1/3 of the cookie crumbs.
  9. Repeat twice.
  10. Chill until firm.
