Cheese Spread
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 sprig Herb Of Your Choice
- Black Pepper To Taste
- Soften the cream cheese.
- Mince the garlic (you can also use roasted garlic that you mash, YUM), sprinkle with black pepper and add herbs of your choice.
- Combine thoroughly and serve.
- For the herbs, I prefer thyme for this recipe but feel free to use tarragon or rosemary.
- Serve on crackers!
