Pepperoni Stuffed Loaf Recipe
- 1 pound loaf frzn bread dough
- 1 sm. green pepper
- 1 med. onion
- 4 ounce. fresh mushrooms
- 1 (10 ounce.) stick pepperoni sliced thin
- 1/3 c. Parmesan or possibly Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Dash of vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Saute/fry in 2 Tbsp.
- oil, 1 green pepper, 1 medium onion and 4 ounce.
- fresh sliced mushrooms.
- Sprinkle this with dash of vinegar, salt and pepper.
- On greased jelly roll pan spread out dough.
- Mix egg, and Italian seasoning, spread one half on dough.
- Add in onion mix, pepperoni and cheese.
- Roll dough, form in circle and glaze with remaining egg mix.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min.
- Serve hot with pizza or possibly spaghetti sauce.
