Easy Flower Cupcakes

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare cake batter as directed on package; stir in dry gelatin.
  3. Spoon batter into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  5. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pans 10 min; remove to wire racks.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Place COOL WHIP in small resealable plastic bag seal bag.
  9. Snip small corner from bottom of bag; pipe COOL WHIP onto tops of cupcakes to resemble petals.
  10. Flatten gumdrops; place 1 in center of each cupcake.
  11. Sprinkle edges of petals with colored sugar.
