Easy Flower Cupcakes
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 24 gumdrops
- 1 Tbsp. colored sugar
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Prepare cake batter as directed on package; stir in dry gelatin.
- Spoon batter into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
- Cool in pans 10 min; remove to wire racks.
- Cool completely.
- Place COOL WHIP in small resealable plastic bag seal bag.
- Snip small corner from bottom of bag; pipe COOL WHIP onto tops of cupcakes to resemble petals.
- Flatten gumdrops; place 1 in center of each cupcake.
- Sprinkle edges of petals with colored sugar.
