Bacon Glazed Chicken

  1. Heat large skillet on medium high heat.
  2. Add oil.
  3. Season chicken with rub and pan fry for 5-7 minutes per side depending on thickness of chicken.
  4. Thinner pieces may take only about 3-4 minutes.
  5. When chicken is fully cooked, drizzle with slightly warmed Bacon Jam.
