30-Minute Soy Milk Cookies
- 30 grams Margarine
- 40 grams Sugar
- 20 grams Almond flour
- 30 grams Soy milk or milk
- 1 dash Vanilla oil
- 60 grams Cake flour
- Put the margarine and sugar in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
- Add the almond flour, soy milk, and vanilla oil and mix.
- Sift in the cake flour and mix lightly.
- Put the cookie dough into a piping bag.
- Squeeze the dough out to make small cookies.
- Bake in a 338F/170C oven for 15-17 minutes.
