Mykel's Cheesy Taters

• 1 lb hash brown, cubed
• 16 ounces sour cream
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
• 1 onion, chopped
• 4 cups cheese
• 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• green onion, chopped for topping
• 1 cup corn flakes, crumbled

1. mix all ingredients, except bacon and green onions in the crock pot.
2. Cook on low for about 4-6 hours.
3. Add bacon crumbles and continue cooking for an additional 2 hours.
4. Can also bake at 350 for about an hour if using the oven.
5. Can use the option of crumbling potato chips or corn flakes and topping casserole with the chips (oven only).
