Mykel's Cheesy Taters
- 1 lb hash brown, cubed
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- green onion, chopped for topping
- 1 cup corn flakes, crumbled
- mix all ingredients, except bacon and green onions in the crock pot.
- Cook on low for about 4-6 hours.
- Add bacon crumbles and continue cooking for an additional 2 hours.
- Can also bake at 350 for about an hour if using the oven.
- Can use the option of crumbling potato chips or corn flakes and topping casserole with the chips (oven only).
