Beef Tips In Burgundy Sauce Recipe

  1. Cook bacon till crisp.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown meat.
  4. Add in onions, garlic and mushrooms during last few min of browning meat.
  5. Drain off excess fat.
  6. Add in remaining ingredients except water and flour.
  7. Cover and cook in 300 degree oven for 2 hrs.
  8. Check and add in water if needed.
  9. Remove Bay leaves when finished.
  10. Combine water and flour.
  11. Slowly add in into mix.
  12. Heat to boiling.
  13. Serve over noodles or possibly mashed potatoes.
