Bread = Love (bread Machine)

• 1 12 cups buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 cup honey
• 1 12 tablespoons softened unsalted butter
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 cup stone ground wheat flour
• 2 tablespoons wheat gluten
• 2 teaspoons a packet fast rising yeast

1. Add the ingredients in the order your machine manufacturer says.
2. Set for Sweet Bread and Light to Medium crust.
3. If you keep it in a Zip Top bag after it's ready the crust will stay soft and pliable for slicing.
4. Makes a very fine grained bread.
