Baby Bok Choy Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Heat grape seed oil in a wok or possibly large saute/fry pan till almost smoking.
  2. Add in the garlic and ginger.
  3. Stir-fry over high heat for 30 seconds.
  4. Add in the baby bok choy and tamari.
  5. Cover for 1 to 2 min to steam bok choy.
  6. Remove from heat, toss with sesame seeds and serve.
  7. Baby bok choy is one of my favourite greens and I love to add in it to any stir fry.
  8. In this recipe I let it go solo because it cooks up super fast!
  9. Serve this with some grilled chicken skewers tossed with a splash of mirim, sake and chopped ginger.
