Baked Blueberry Donuts

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees .
  2. Spray 2-6 well donut pans.
  3. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, butter, & extracts.Add to flour mixture.
  4. Mix well with a rubber spatula.
  5. Just until incorporated.
  6. Fold in blueberries.
  7. Spoon batter into a resealable freezer bag or pastry bag.
  8. Fill pans two- thirds full.
  9. Bake in oven for 10-14 minutes.
  10. Or until spring back when touched.
  11. Let donuts cool for 5 minutes.
  12. Turn out of pan to cool completely.
  13. Prior to glaze.
  14. ( I rolled mine in sugar ).
