Broccoli-Cheddar Meatloaf

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix meat, bread crumbs, onions and 2 Tbsp.
  3. steak sauce just until blended.
  4. Pat into 12x8-inch rectangle on sheet of waxed paper; top with broccoli and 3/4 cup cheese, spreading ingredients to within 1 inch of edges.
  5. Roll up, starting at one short end.
  6. Place, seam side down, in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake 1 hour or until done (160 degrees F).
  8. About 10 min.
  9. before meatloaf is done, cook tomatoes, and remaining steak sauce until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  10. Top meatloaf with remaining cheese; bake 2 min.
  11. or until melted.
  12. Remove from oven.
  13. Let stand 5 min.
  14. before slicing.
  15. Serve topped with sauce.
