Swedish meatball
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp lawry's garlic and salt
- tbsp mince garlic
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp nutmeg
- 1 cup dice onion
- 1 cup dice bell pepper
- 3 each eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cup lawry's panko season bread crumbs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp worchester sauce
- 1 beef bouillon
- 1 packages Goya season
- 1 all-purpose flour
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Italian sausages mild
- Mix all ingredients except sour cream flour and water and beef bouillon in a bowl
- Add oil to cast iron pan coat flour to hand to it will help u form the perfect size meatball and that the meat dont stick ass you make the meatball frying on both side
