Nepalese curried pork mince fried rice

  1. Heat oil in wok(medium high), Add mustard seeds, cook until popped,about 2-3mins.
  2. Add Cumin/Turmeric/Garam Masala, and stir fry for 2mins
  3. Add Garlic/Ginger/Onions/Vegies.
  4. stirfry till soft
  5. Add mince, stir fry till browned and separated.
  6. Add water, Simmer uncovered 15 mins or till evaporated
  7. Add Cooked Rice, stir fry 2mins
  8. Remove from heat, Add Coriander and stir through
