Rocky Mountain Burritos
- 1 (10 ounce) can black beans (drained)
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 (10 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 avocado (diced or sliced)
- 3 tomatoes (diced or sliced)
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 1 (10 ounce) can black olives, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 cups salsa
- 10 -12 flour tortillas
- Combine black beans, green chiles, taco seasoning, green onion and cilantro.
- Spoon mix into each burrito, then top with whichever extras you desire.
