Strawberry-Banana Soy Smoothie
- 8 ounces silken tofu
- 1 banana
- 8 strawberries
- 13 cup pineapple chunk (frozen fine)
- 14 cup orange juice
- 1 12 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a blender, blending after each addition.
- Pour and enjoy!
- Hint: You might want to defrost any frozen ingredients prior to adding them to the blender.
- Alternative to Silken Tofu: 1/2 cup regular tofu, with 1/2 cup liquid (water, milk, or soy milk) pre-processed in the blender works fine.
