Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
- 30 chocolate sandwich style cookies (crushed)
- 5 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4 cups milk
- 4 (4 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 cups whipped topping (thawed)
- Mix crushed cookies and melted butter.
- Press firmly onto the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan.
- Place peanut butter in a large bowl and slowly add milk, stir with a wire whisk until blended.
- Add the pudding to the peanut butter milk mixture.
- Stir in 2 cups of whipped topping
- Spread onto prepared crust.
- Top evenly with remaining whipped topping.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours until set.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator.
