Soft Caramel Corn Recipe

  1. Pop 1 c. of popcorn.
  2. Mix together sugar, syrup and butter.
  3. Boil 3 to 4 min, stirring constantly.
  4. Check by dropping some drops in glass of cool water.
  5. Ready if forms a soft ball.
  6. Pour over popcorn in large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  7. Add in pecans, if you like.
  8. NOTE: Don't overcook syrup or possibly it will harden too much.
  9. Better to underocook.
  10. Great snack.
