Chocolate Banana Frosting
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 3 ripe small bananas
- 1/3 cup sweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a double boiler over medium heat, add the chocolate and stir until melted.
- Remove from the heat and reserve.
- In a food processor, add the bananas and puree until smooth.
- Then add the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, honey, peanut butter and salt.
- Blend until fully incorporated.
