Creamy Orange Pineapple Salad Recipe

• 1 lg. carton (24 ounce.) sm. curd cottage cheese
• 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. orange Jello, dry
• 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges, well liquid removed
• 1 (12 ounce.) carton Cold Whip
• 1 (15 1/4 ounce.) can pineapple tidbits, well liquid removed
• 1/2 c. broken pecans (opt.)

1. Blend cottage cheese and Cold Whip very well.
2. Add in dry Jello and blend thoroughly.
3. Add in pineapple and oranges and mix to blend.
4. Pecans can be added last.
5. Refrigeratethoroughly before serving.
