Beef and Vegetable Stir-fry

  1. Cut the beef into bite-size pieces, and put it in a container with ingredients.
  2. Rub the meat and let it sit for a while.
  3. Cut the carrot into thin strips.
  4. Roughly chop the onion.
  5. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  6. Heat oil in a pan, and pour in the beaten eggs.
  7. Stir with chopsticks briefly.
  8. When cooked half way through, remove from the pan.
  9. Add the carrot and the onion to the pan, and stir-fry.
  10. When they become soft and wilted, add the beef and sauce.
  11. Continue stir-frying until the sauce is evaporated.
  12. Turn off the heat, return the eggs, and mix briefly.
  13. When the eggs are cooked through, adjust the flavor with salt and it's done.
