Lemon Lava

  1. Dissolve sugar in boiling water.
  2. Add lemon peel and lemon juice.
  3. Store covered in fridge.
  4. To Serve by the Mug:.
  5. 1/4 Cup Lemon syrup base mixed with 3/4 Cups water.
  6. In saucepan heat both water and base until warm.
  7. Makes 1 8 ounce serving.
  8. To serve for a crowd:.
  9. 2 Cups Lemon syrup base, 6 Cups water.
  10. Heat in saucepan until warm.
  11. Makes 8 8 ounce servings.
  12. Brandy (Leaded version).
  13. Add 1 Cup brandy and heat with the water and syrup base for the crowd quantity.
