Pepper's Tuna Casserole

• 6 1/2 ounces tuna water-packed
• 1/2 cup onions diced
• 6 ounces egg noodles
• 1 can soup, cream of mushroom light
• 1 x black pepper to taste
• 2 slices cheese light

1. Cook noodles; drain.
2. Mix in all ingredients and top with the cheese.
3. Bake at 350F (180C) F for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
