Tandoori Chicken Wings
- 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. tandoori masala
- 1 tsp. minced gingerroot
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. (450 g) chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients except wings in large bowl until blended.
- Add wings; toss to evenly coat.
- Place in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Discard remaining sauce.
- Bake 20 min.
