Herbed Loaf

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Microwave on high the onions in the olive oil until soft.
  3. or saute Add to the TVP mix.
  4. Then stir in the remaining ingredients.
  5. Lightly oil a loaf pan.
  6. Pack Mixture tightly, smooth the top.
  7. BAke at 350F for 45 minutes.
  8. If it gets too brown on top cover with foil.
  9. Let sit in pan 10 minutes on removing.
  10. Run knife around the edges then turn on to platter.
  11. Garlish with lemon slices and parsley sprigs.
  12. Serve with a tomato sauce or Mushroom gravy if desired.
  13. NOTE Instant Gluten Flour is best.
