Simple Salmon Mousse Recipe

  1. Puree first 5 ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend in remaining ingredients except cream.
  3. Slowly add in cream with blender running till mix is smooth.
  4. Pour into oiled 3 to 4 c. mold.
  5. Chill till set.
  6. Wrap well and freeze.
  7. To serve, thaw 24 hrs in refrigerator.
  8. Unmold and garnish with greens.
  9. Serve with crackers.
