Bonnie's Natural Nime Chow Peanut Sauce

  1. Combine fresh ground peanut butter, ginger, sriracha, lime juice, soy sauce, and water.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Microwave for 15-30 seconds to "marry" the ingredients.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Add cilantro, agave syrup, and coconut milk.
  6. More may be added to reach desired creaminess.
  7. I like to put my sauce in the refrigerator for an hour so flavors can blend.
  8. I mix it before serving with Nime Chow.
