Weird Lasagna
- 16 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce (1 To 2 Cans)
- 4 dashes Seasonings You Want To Put In Tomato Sauce (thyme, Oregano, Parsley, Pepper, Salt, Garlic, Etc)
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 bag Frozen Soup Veggies (I Used About Half A Bag, Depends On How Veggie-licious You Want It To Be)
- 9 whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
- 1 bag Mexican Mixed Cheese (as Much Or As Little As You Like)
- 1) Put sauce and seasonings in pot.
- Let them simmer while you do everything else.
- 2) Pan fry ground turkey (I rinse mine with cold water after cooking, that is totally up to you)
- 3) Boil lasagna noodles for about 10 min and stir carefully every now and then.
- A little salt in the water helps to keep from sticking, too.
- 4) Put veggies in bowl and microwave on high for about 2 min.
- 5) Put a little of the sauce in bottom of a 9X13 pan, put down three noodles, sprinkle part of the meat on this, then sprinkle on some veggies, pour part of the sauce over this, sprinkle cheese over sauce.
- Repeat this until the pan is full and all your noodles are used up.
- On the top layer put remaining sauce and cheese.
- 6)Cover with foil and put in oven on 350 degrees for about 30 min.
- Serves 6 to 8 depending on how big you cut it
