Madras Turkey Sandwich
- Curried Mayonnaise
- 2 gal. KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 2 cups curry powder
- 2 qt. mango chutney, chopped Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 50 slices Hearty-grain bread slices
- Sandwich
- 150 slices oven-roasted turkey breasts, cut into 1/2-oz. slices
- 50 slices Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
- 50 slices red peppers, cut into thin slices
- 25 each leaf lettuce leaves
- Curried Mayonnaise: Mix all ingredients until blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1 Tbsp.
- Curried Mayonnaise.
- Cover 1 bread slice with 6 turkey slices, 2 apple slices, 2 pepper slices and 1 lettuce leaf.
- Top with remaining bread slice.
