Pepper Lover's Pork Chop Skillet

  1. Sprinkle chops with black pepper.
  2. Add 3 chops to large nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
  3. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  4. Transfer to platter; cover to keep warm.
  5. Repeat with remaining chops.
  6. Add peppers and 1/2 cup broth to skillet; cook on medium-high heat 5 min.
  7. or until peppers are crisp-tender and most of the broth has evaporated.
  8. Stir in cooking creme, remaining broth and crushed pepper; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  9. or until sauce is well blended and heated through.
  10. Serve sauce over chops.
