Corn Muffins With Orange

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine cornmeal, sugar, flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
  5. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
