Hamburger Steaks Recipe

• 20 pound grnd beef
• 1/2 #10 green pepper
• 1/2 #10 celery
• 1 1/2 quart. onion
• 4 c. red pepper
• 3 doz. Large eggs
• 1/4 c. salt
• pepper to taste
• 1/4 c. celery salt
• 1 quart. flour or possibly less

1. Combine all in mixer and shape into balls.
2. Bake till done in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 min.
3. Serve as sandwich warm with gravy and mashed potatoes or possibly rice.
4. Serves 100.
